Treated very well by Luke and everything was explained clearly throughout. At no point did I ever feel like I was being sold to or pressured which was refreshing. Collecting the car was incredibly smooth and seamless.

The sales service we received from Luke and Molly was excellent. Almost perfect - just a real shame they forgot to include our parking sensors before we picked the vehicle up but they have sorted this now and been installed today.

The Service department picked up a very minor fault on my Mini that could have been easily overlooked and ensured that it was corrected within my warranty period.The service department always ensures my car is returned in a clean condition

Would have liked a little some feedback as to why the car's telemetry was telling me to take it in to an agent even though it was only 15 months old and had only done 6,500 miles. I meant to ask but forgot to do so.

When I arrived with my car I was completely dissatisfied due to an error with the booking, you had no record of it! Your spare parts guy Josh stood in and took care of everything and thanks to him the car was repaired and returned in no time at all.

As above, many great - but why am I still being addressed in your mailing literature as MR Louise Coates, and the retrofit matter, as above. These are mistakes of detail which detract from the overall experience.

Whilst my car was in the garage it was knocked. I was given a courtesy car but when my car was returned to me I there was still damage. After another phone call it was rectified so there is no complaint but can't say I was completely satisfied.

I was given a specific time to pick my car up but had to wait for 1.5 hours to actually get it. However, I was not required to pay for the service due to this.
